Jeff Crosno :: Senior Pastor

Senior Pastor Jeff Crosno is an avid architectural antique hunter, balding rhythm guitarist and aspiring hiker happy to return to the Pacific Northwest.  A Washington native along with his wife, Carmen, Pastor Jeff previously served congregations in the Kansas City, Portland, Pasadena and Chicago metro areas.  First graduating with Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Nazarene Theological Seminary, Jeff earned a second doctorate at Princeton Theological Seminary.  With an MBA in finance, Carmen has served as a hospital executive in addition to earlier roles with actuarial consulting firms.  But on most evenings, Jeff and Carmen like to enjoy long walks with cell phones set on “mute!”

 

Dave Bach :: Associate Pastor

Associate Pastor Dave Bach, his wife Lisa, and children Nicole, Kaelen and Bryan, come to us from serving with Pastor Jeff back in Illinois.  Dave is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University with a degree in business management; and prior to starting his ministry career, Dave owned and operated a small technology sales business in the suburbs of Chicago.  Recently, he received a Masters of Divinity degree at Nazarene Theological Seminary.  In the spare time leftover, he loves to golf and kayak; and together the Bach family enjoys outdoor activities like camping, hiking and biking.

Debbie Finney :: Pastor of Family Life Ministries

 

Debbie Finney has lived in Spokane the past 21 years. She graduated from University of Idaho and received her teaching credentials from Boise State University.  After 17 years of teaching at the secondary level. Debbie joined the Valley Nazarene staff in 2005 as Servant Coordinator.  Starting January 1st of 2009, Debbie accepted the call to be the Pastor of Family Life. Debbie is married to Dave, who works at the Couer d'Alene Resort.  They have four children.

Mike Sholtz :: Pastor of Student Ministries

Hi, my name is Mike Sholtz and I am the Youth Director here at SVNC. I have had the privilege of serving in this great church since July of 2005. God has blessed me with a beautiful wife, Gayle and three beautiful daughters; Chloe, Cassie and Claire. I am passionate about teenagers and seeing them grow closer to Jesus. It is the greatest job in the world!! 

Dave Cox :: Pastor of Adult Ministries

Dave is a Point Loma Nazarene University/Nazarene Theological Seminary/ Ohio State University grad and still has a birthday of January 11, 1944.  Dave and his wife Diana have been serving the kingdom of God in the Northwest for the last 25 years. Following 10 years on staff at SVNC, they pastored for 7½ years in Meridian, Idaho, followed by a 3 year assignment in Christian education in Lacey, Washington. Recently, they completed a 3 ½ year pastorate of the Crestline Nazarene Church in Spokane. Son Bryan is married to Ruthie and lives with their three sons in Liberty Lake. Son Matthew is married to Linda and lives with their son and daughter in Nampa, Idaho.
